LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the Course. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants in raising travel funds or obtaining a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
The weather in October is warm during the day, but cooler at night. Clothing is informal for all occasions. We suggest bringing a light jacket for the evenings and don’t forget your sunglasses, swimsuit, hat and comfortable walking shoes.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Foreign guests, prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid. Participants from some countries might require a visa to enter Cyprus. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

AIR TRAVEL
Direct flights exist from most major airports in North America, Europe, India, China, Thailand and Africa. It is recommended to book your international air travel to/from Larnaca International Airport, a 40 minute drive to the Hotel. Alternatively, one can book flights to Paphos, an hour drive to the Hotel.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND THE HOTEL
Taxis are readily available at both airports
There is the option of car rental in Cyprus, but remember that the driving is on the left-hand side of the road, as in the UK.
